An “outlet” module corresponds to a product:
- that has been ordered by a customer but subsequently returned
- used during a rental
- used at an exhibition
- or end of series (models whose production has ended).
A module that has been used even once can no longer be marketed as a “new – good” product. That’s why we’re giving it a second chance as an outlet module.
Since not all “outlet” modules are in the same state, we have divided them into three categories defined as follows:
- Grade A: Very good
Slight signs of use, such as small scratches on the plates or casing (applies to Sonical modules), which are barely noticeable to the naked eye.
- Grade B: Good
Visible signs of use on the leather, the plates, the case (for Sonicals)… perceptible to the naked eye.
- Grade C: Heavily used
“Grade C” modules were clearly used. The product works perfectly, but there are obvious signs of use. These modules are therefore offered at much lower prices.
The more the module has been used, the lower its price.
If you don’t mind the signs of use, from moderate to intensive (you choose your category), it might be a good idea to opt for an “outlet” module rather than a new product!
All “outlet” modules are carefully checked and are in perfect working order.
