My module is no longer under warranty, can you repair it?

We repair all modules, whether under warranty or not. You can make a service request by filling in the form on our After-sales service page. An advisor will contact you to provide assistance and, if necessary, a quotation. You can choose to accept or refuse it.

What is your refund policy?

After the 14-day cooling-off period, we cannot offer satisfaction or reimbursement. However, if your module has a problem, you can send it to us for service.

How do I send a product for service?

Before sending a product for service, please check that the module is not out of battery. If the problem persists, you can make a request by filling in the form on our After-Sales page. Once we have received your request, an advisor will contact you to assist you.

Is there a right of return?

Have you placed an order and changed your mind? Whatever your reasons, you can return your module to us within 14 days of delivery, as long as it has not been used. To do this, please contact us by filling in the form on our Contact page.

What is the warranty on your products?

All our new products have a 2 year warranty. The reconditioned products as new are guaranteed 18 months and the little used 12 months.
