AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Your device is more than 2 years old:
Your device is no longer under warranty.
An estimate will be established upon receipt of your package and we will contact you after examination to confirm the possibility of the repair and validate it with you.

Your device is less than 2 years old:
Your device is still under warranty. After sales service will be taken care of.

When placing your order, don’t forget to fill in the order notes with your model’s serial number and the description of your problem.

Once your “order” is placed, please include a copy of these notes in your package or your after-sales service will not be processed.

Please send your module with postal tracking to the address below referring to your country.

Before making a service request, please refer to your model below:

Modules prior to 2022
(Sonical, XS-220, XS-330, S-660, M-840, L-880, L-1440, PROS range)

Test N°1 : Check the charger
Connect the charger to the mains and to the module:
If the charger LED changes from green to orange-red, go to Test N°2.
If the LED stays green or flashes, a service is required.

Test N°2 : Switching on the module
Switch on the module by pressing the Start button.
The 3 leds blink and only the Battery and Start leds (green, orange or red depending on the battery level) remain fixed.
After 40 seconds, the session begins, go to Test N°3.
If you have other reactions, a service is necessary.

Test N°3 : Vibration of the plates
After having made the 2 previous tests:
All plates vibrate and you hear a crackling sound: you don’t need service.
If you do not feel any vibration on one or more of the plates, a service is required.

Modules from 2022
(Sonical, M-720, L-880, L-1160)

Case N°1 : Your module does not switch on
When the battery is completely discharged, it is not possible to switch on the module.
Fully charge the battery and then try to turn it on again.

Case 2: The battery does not charge properly (for Slim Sonic approved chargers)
Make sure that the charger is properly connected to the mains and/or the module.

Case N°3 : The battery discharges faster
When the module is exposed to extreme temperatures, the useful charge can be reduced. Pay attention to the storage temperature of your module.
The battery is a consumable whose useful charge decreases with time.

Once we have received your return and our teams have performed the quality control, we will proceed to the refund of your order with the same payment method as when you placed your order within 30 days.

Return Policy

All modules purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
A return is only possible if the modules are in their original and unused condition. If the returned module is used or dirty, we cannot refund the purchase amount.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept exchanges of accessories such as contact gels, cleaning products, belts and elastic straps.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
