You bought one of our modules and changed your mind?

Whatever your reasons, you can return your module within 14 days for a refund or exchange of your returned items in good condition.

To do this, please contact us using the form on the After Sales and Refunds page, we will provide you with a return form to send your package.

All our new products have a 2 year warranty. The reconditioned products as new are guaranteed 18 months and the little used 12 months.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, we cannot offer satisfaction or reimbursement.

However, if your module has a problem, you can send it to us for service.

In France, you can pay by card, bank transfer, PayPal and in several times thanks to Alma and FLOA Pay.

In Switzerland, you can pay by card, bank transfer, PayPal and in several instalments with HeidiPay.

In Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Ireland, you can pay by card, bank transfer, PayPal and in installments with Alma.

We strive to provide you with the best quality product possible.

Our reconditioned products have been used, but are still quite usable for everyday use.

To extend the warranty induced at the time of the purchase of your module (12 or 18 months depending on the model), you can add a warranty extension to benefit from an accompaniment in case of problem throughout the duration of your choice.

Reconditioned modules come and go depending on the period and are therefore in limited quantity.

If you want a specific module, we advise you to order it as soon as possible. The product will be reserved for you as soon as you have paid for the order and we have received full payment after authorization.

Please note that some payment methods are slower and that the availability of a refurbished product is not guaranteed until we receive your payment in full.

Reconditioned modules are used modules that have undergone a rigorous reconditioning process before being released for sale.

Each of the reconditioned modules :

• is subjected to battery testing and careful inspection upon return, with replacement of each defective module identified during testing, before being added to the inventory of saleable refurbished products.
• is through a strict cleaning and inspection procedure.
• is reconditioned with the appropriate elements available as on a new module: manuals, cables, new boxes, etc.

Repackaging procedures follow the same basic technical rules as finished product testing procedures.

While electrostimulation acts on muscle contraction, Slim Sonic acts on fat by destocking it.

Our products are manufactured between France and Switzerland, in the Lake Geneva area, in order to privilege a better quality.

Unlike the products offering you miracles available on the internet and on teleshopping, it is you who makes the effort. Our products just help you to see results faster.

Slim Sonic, these are modules equipped with aluminum plates that allow to destock fat in a massive and targeted way.

Thanks to ultrasound, while losing fat in a targeted way, you firm up the skin, smooth out the dimples (cellulite) and thus gain tone.

For the moment, our products are not available in stores, but you can test our modules at our partners (physiotherapists, gyms…).

Our modules destock between 350 kcal for the Sonical and 1440 kcal for the Combo Pro L.
You can of course combine the modules for a more massive destocking, on several parts of the body.

Our products are in no way dangerous, we use the same method as for ultrasound, but at a lower frequency to target fat cells.

During use, you may feel a temporary whistling sound in the ear and a warm sensation.

Three of our modules are available for rental: M-720, L-880 and L-1160 in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.

The results of our studies, which you can find on our Scientific Validations page , show a reduction in abdominal circumference, hip circumference, weight, BMI, body fat and blood sugar. On average, Slim Sonic users lose between 5.5 cm and 6.7 cm of waistline in 6 sessions and 2.5 cm to 3 cm for each thigh, saddlebags, etc.

Scientific studies conducted in the past confirm these results. In particular, the research of Dr. Hausswirth, director of INSEEP research from 2012 to 2016, published in the American journal Frontiers in Physiology in October 2019.

It should be noted that the loss achieved also depends on the mass of fat to be destocked. For the sportsman, the action of the use of Slim Sonic is also beneficial: For the sportsman seeking to improve his performances, Slim Sonic makes it possible to bring a complementary source of energy which is directly placed at the disposal of the muscles. This contribution in energy is additional fuel, the sportsman will thus be able to consume more and thus gain in performance.

For the athlete looking for muscle definition (dryness for bodybuilders for example), he can target the areas to be destocked and in a few sessions, lose the fat on the targeted area to obtain the desired muscle definition.

L-M indicate the size of the module and therefore the contact surface, which is important for representing the area to be treated.

720-880-1160 are the numbers that accompany the model letter. They simply correspond to the quantity of kcal removed in 40 minutes (Reminder: 1 kg of fat corresponds to 9,000 kcal).

Concerning Sonical, it is a module containing only one plate for a destocking of 400 kcal in 40 min.

Sonical is a Slim Sonic product containing only one plate. By owning several Sonicals (see our Sonical DUO and Sonical TRIO offers) you can treat several areas, as you wish.
To equal the destocking of our M and L modules, you can start on our SONICAL DUO or TRIO packs.

As with any product, Slim Sonic may not work as well in some cases:

• Menopause
  The hormonal changes generated by menopause can temporarily block the transformation of fat. If this is the case, wait until the end of this period to repeat your treatments. As an indication, the success rate, even during this period, is 80%.
• Tinnitus
  For people with sensitive ears, SLIM SONIC may be disturbing. If this is the case, we advise you to forego the treatment.
• Antidepressants
  Some antidepressant treatments can also block the transformation of fat. However, we note that in 90% of the cases, the treatments with SLIM SONIC work.
• Cortisone
  Cortisone treatments can cause weight gain and water retention in some patients. With a SLIM SONIC treatment, you can maintain your body shape, but it is more difficult to reduce your abdominal circumference.

Yes, it is quite possible to use a module just before your session, so you can consume the destocked calories as soon as possible.

Due to the low added value of the application, we made the choice to remove it. Either in a definitive way, or by reworking it in depth to offer you a tool with a real added value.

Of course you can use your device by pressing the Start button. The session will start after 40 seconds.

You can do all kinds of activities with our modules.

Whether it’s for sports, everyday physical activity or for portable use on the move, your imagination is your only limit.

It is imperative to respect the daily energy balance during a cure. Slim Sonic combined with your diet must be equal to your energy needs.

For example, with an L-1440 session, you will de-store 1440 Kcal in 40 minutes. That is to say, you will be providing your body with 1440 Kcal.
If your daily requirement is 2440 Kcal, by using Slim Sonic, you will be able to bring only 1000 Kcal by your daily food in order to be at 100% of your daily requirement.

Little extra: everything you burn during your physical activity, you can re-consume.
For example: an energy expenditure of 40 minutes on a treadmill is equivalent on average to 300 Kcal. These burned calories can be added to your diet.

If your daily requirement is 2440 Kcal, your physical activity consumes 300 Kcal and you use the 1440 model, you will be able to eat the equivalent of 1300 Kcal to reach 100% of your daily requirement.

However, you should not use Slim Sonic in the following cases:

• During the entire pregnancy period and at least 6 months after delivery.
• If you are sensitive to tinnitus
• If you wear a Pace Maker.
• If you wear a copper IUD or have metal plates or screws in the treated areas.
• If you have cancer or metastasis.
• If you have skin lesions in the treated areas.
• If you have an unhealed fracture in the treated areas.
• If you have recently had a transplant.
• If you have bone prostheses in the treated areas.

Slim Sonic is used within the framework of a physical activity so that part of the released fats are consumed.

Physical activity promotes vasodilation and acceleration of lymphatic circuits, which improves results.

If you wish to treat the belly, all our modules are adapted: Sonical, M-720, L-880, L-1160.

For thighs, buttocks and saddlebags, use the smaller modules: Sonical and M-840.

For the arms, knees, calves and pectorals, we recommend using Sonical.
