Sonic Resonance
The result of several years’ research, Slim Sonic modules feature Sonic Resonance technology based on the use of low-frequency ultrasound.
The low-energy diffuse emission stimulates the release of fat stored in the form of triglycerides in the adipocytes.
Muscles prefer energy from glycogen (sugar), but when lipids are made available to them (SLIM SONIC destocking), they consume them in the same proportions. As the glycogen reserve in the muscle is small, if the effort is significant or lasts for a long time, the muscle burns the majority of the fat from destocking.

A dozen studies in 12 years
Numerous scientific studies and publications validate our results (Dr D. Durrer, University of Lausanne, Dr C. Hausswirth, INSEP France Research Director 2012-2016). The average loss is 5 to 6 cm of waistline in 6 sessions. Slim Sonic is the new slimming solution.
Several internal studies conducted under the direction of Dominique DETRAZ (SWISS OLYMPIC coach), noted by Beat HEFTI (Olympic and World Champion in Bobsleigh) and Aurélien BROUSSAL-DERVAL (coach of Olympic Federations) demonstrate that the massive release of triglycerides just before a violent effort contributes significantly to the improvement of performance during the said effort

“ With SLIM SONIC, this localised destocking significantly reduces triglycerides. “
Dr. Christophe Hausswirth
Director of Research at INSEP from 2012 to 2016, Associate Professor at the University of Technology, Sydney and Researcher at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.
In 2019, we worked with him to study the results of our technology. This study has been published in Frontiers in Physiology, the leading American journal in the field of research. Our scientific study with Dr Christophe Hausswirth shows that 6 sessions over 2 weeks of Slim Sonic have produced significant results, showing a loss of
- 6.5 cm of abdominal perimeter
- 4.6 cm of hip circumference
- 1,2 kg
- 1.8% BMI
- 1.5% body fat
- 6% body fat
- 29% triglycerides

Two weeks of high-intensity interval training in combination with a non-thermal diffuse ultrasound device improves lipid profile and reduces body fat percentage in overweight women
Publication in Frontiers in Physiology – Christophe Hausswirth – October 2019
This study evaluated the effectiveness of an innovative strategy which combined low-frequency ultra sound (LOFU) with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve physical fitness and promote body fat loss in overweight sedentary women.

Turbocure: analysis of results for 400 individuals (FR)
July 2017
Since 2012, we have carried out a large number of Turbocures at our training centre in Lausanne. For this analysis, 400 treatments were selected at random, while respecting the profile of our customers.
Sprint performance test (FR)
May 2017 – Jacques Borgognon
This pre-study was organised outdoors. The full protocol could not be followed due to the weather conditions (rain). Only 50% of the sprints were measured.
Performance test: strength, bench press (FR)
May 2017
This pre-study was organised indoors (Fittime, run by Mr Thierry Guisolan). The protocol was very simple, because the primary objective was to find out whether SLIM SONIC would also improve performance in this area.
Study on a Turbocure: Treatment with SoniC Resonance technology (FR)
December 2014 – Dr. Dominique Durrer-Schutz
11 overweight to obese women were studied, average age 41, average height 1.60 m, duration of the study 6 days with one 40-minute session per day of moderate aerobic exercise…
Analysis of centimetre loss and fat loss for SoniC Resonance treatment
October 2014 – Jacques Borgognon
We took 280 measurements from patients who underwent a ‘Turbocure’, i.e. six 40-minute sessions over 3 or 6 days.
Impact of diffuse ultrasound combined with muscle work on a vibrating plate on changing the body composition of moderately obese women (FR)
April 2014 – Dr. Dominique Durrer-Schutz
To study the effects of diffuse ultrasound applied to the abdominal region combined with muscle work on a vibrating plate in obese women. The aim of this method is to accelerate the mobilisation of fat from abdominal adipose tissue.
Overweight and obesity: summary of the results of two studies (January 2011 and February 2012) (FR)
September 2012 – Dr. Dominique Durrer-Schutz
As part of the ISSUL’s ‘Master’s in Adapted Physical Activity’, in collaboration with the CHUV’s Sports Medicine Department, two studies have been carried out with the aim of mainly reducing the fat located in these two anatomical sites.
SoniC Resonance Clearing – Triglycerides – Working method (FR)
May 2010 – Jacques Borgognon, engineer
Theoretical summary of SoniC Resonance and Energy Balance
